Charles Yves Jean Ghislaine Michel (Namur, 21 dicembre 1975) è un politico belga, primo ministro del Belgio dal 2014 al 2019, primo premier di lingua francese a succedere a un altro Primo ministro di lingua francese (Elio Di Rupo) in quasi 50 anni. È stato inoltre presidente del Movimento Riformatore dal 14 febbraio 2011 al 10 ottobre 2014.
